 Green Fern Bookkeeping was founded in 2021 by a North Idaho local who loves everything the region has to offer. As the area grew, so did the business, allowing me to serve a wide range of local industries. Operating as a fully remote company made it possible to expand beyond Idaho and support clients across the country — from the Pacific Northwest all the way to Florida. What began as a small side hustle has grown into a trusted bookkeeping service dedicated to helping businesses stay organized, informed, and stress-free.

I'm Claire, a mother, wife, and lover of the outdoors. My tendency to detail has benefited me greatly in life, allowing me to provide business owners with good, clean accounts that they can rely on. I focus on simplicity so that you can understand how your business is performing without stress. My process double and triple checks every data entry so that year after year your books are clean, duplicates do not exist, and the story line is evident.
